WOWSystems completed the development of Psiprof Clinic, a pioneering online clinical platform aimed at democratizing access to psychology and mental health services in Portugal.

The platform enables patients to book online psychology appointments through multiple channels — video, voice, email or chat — with experienced and qualified professionals, at accessible prices between €21 and €51.

Among the features developed by WOWSystems:

• Online appointment booking system with real-time professional availability • Integrated online payments via bank transfer and Multibanco • Automatic invoicing with receipt generation after each appointment • Patient personal area with appointment history, finances and clinical data • Back-office for professionals to manage their schedule, patients and appointments autonomously • Option for anonymous support, ensuring total privacy

The project was developed with special attention to clinical data security and GDPR compliance, ensuring all sensitive patient information is handled with the highest protection standards.
