Virtual Guide

The Virtual Guide is an innovative multimedia kiosk that uses a live-action actress and embedded sensors to interact with passersby.

The character talks about the municipality, presents tourist attractions, cultural events, and practical information.

The system combines interactive video with a touchscreen interface, creating an immersive and human experience.

A back office allows for the management and control of metrics. A mobile app is also available as a complement.

The kiosk can be installed indoors or outdoors, having already proven successful in installations in municipalities in Madeira and the Azores.
